Marcellus Service and Supply and our employees are fully committed to performing our work in a manner so as to protect against loss of life, injury to people, damage to property and the environment. We recognize that the cost associated with a strong professional safety program presence at all levels of the organization far outweighs the human costs and equipment losses associated with work related accidents. As a part of this commitment, we are one of the few small businesses servicing the oil & gas field in the PA, Ohio, and WV area with a professionally certified safety engineer on staff.

Before our employees are permitted on job sites without an escort, they are provided with job-related training that focuses on safety in the workplace. This training is supplemented with an OSHA ten-hour or equivalent training course.

As a part of our responsibility, we are committed to a drug and alcohol free work place. Our drivers fall within the requirements of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration guidelines for drug testing. All our drivers and field service employees participate in a pre-employment as well as a random drug testing program.

Our safety record to date, for the years of 2011, 2012, 2013, includes zero recordable and lost time type of accidents. Our goal is to continue this positive track record.
